Jin Summer Rewards Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
Jin Summer Rewards is a dine-in only tiered rewards program. Guests begin at Tier 1 and may unlock the next tier by redeeming each tier card within its stated expiration window. Each tier card has a specific purchase requirement and reward. Once a tier card is redeemed, the guest receives the next tier card for use on a future dine-in visit.
Takeout, delivery, catering, third-party marketplace orders, online orders, gift card purchases, taxes, gratuity, service fees, merchandise, add-ons, and modifications do not count toward redemption requirements unless otherwise stated.
General Redemption Rules
Original physical tier card must be presented to staff before payment and either surrendered, stamped, marked, or otherwise verified as redeemed by Jin Ramen staff. Photos, screenshots, copies, altered cards, expired cards, lost cards, stolen cards, or damaged cards may not be accepted.
Each tier card must be redeemed within its stated expiration window. Expired cards will not be honored and will not unlock the next tier.
Limit one tier reward redemption per table, party, or visit unless otherwise approved by management. Only one tier may be redeemed per visit. Newly issued tier cards may not be redeemed during the same visit in which they are received.
Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, happy hour specials, coupons, gift cards, loyalty rewards, third-party offers, special event pricing, or employee discounts unless otherwise approved by management. Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, alcohol, merchandise, or other items.
Qualifying purchases must be paid, eligible menu items. Complimentary items, discounted items, reward items, voided items, refunded items, and substituted items do not count toward the entree purchase requirement for any tier.
For purposes of this program, “entree” means an eligible full-size dine-in entree, ramen, rice bowl, or other qualifying main dish as determined by Jin Ramen. Appetizers, sides, desserts, beverages, extra toppings, add-ons, modifications, kids’ items, specials, and limited-time items may be excluded at management’s discretion.
Tier 1: B1G1 Entree
Redemption requirement: Purchase any one eligible entree.
Redemption reward: Receive one free entree of equal or lesser value than the purchased entree.
Expiration window: 3 days.
Unlocks: Tier 2 card.
Tier 2: Free Appetizer
Redemption requirement: Purchase any two eligible entrees.
Redemption reward: Receive one free eligible appetizer of your choice, subject to availability. Premium appetizers, limited-time items, substitutions, and add-ons may be excluded.
Expiration window: 7 days.
Unlocks: Tier 3 card.
Tier 3: B2G2 Entrees
Redemption requirement: Purchase any two eligible entrees.
Redemption reward: Receive two free entrees of equal or lesser value than the two purchased entrees. The two free entrees may not exceed the value of the two qualifying paid entrees.
Expiration window: 7 days.
Unlocks: Tier 4 card.
Tier 4: Free Jin Chopstick + Ladle Sets
Redemption requirement: Purchase any six eligible entrees.
Redemption reward: Receive up to six Jin branded chopstick + ladle sets. Gift sets are subject to availability while supplies last. Gift set design, color, packaging, and availability may vary. Gift sets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced.
Expiration window: 10 days.
Unlocks: Tier 5 card.
Tier 5: Earn VIP Status
Redemption requirement: Purchase any two eligible entrees.
Redemption reward: Receive VIP Status and one free Jin t-shirt. T-shirt size, color, and availability may vary. If a requested size is unavailable, Jin Ramen may offer an available size or arrange pickup at a later date.
Expiration window: 3 days.
Unlocks: VIP Status.
VIP Status Benefits
VIP Status is valid for one year starting from the date the guest earns VIP Status, as verified by Jin Ramen. VIP Status benefits are valid for dine-in visits only at participating Jin Ramen locations.
To redeem VIP Status benefits, the VIP Status holder must present their verified VIP Status card and purchase at least one eligible entree during the visit. VIP Status benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the verified VIP Status holder. Jin Ramen may request identification or other verification before applying VIP benefits.
With the purchase of one eligible entree by the VIP Status holder, the following benefits may be applied once per eligible dine-in visit:
One complimentary eligible appetizer, subject to availability.
One complimentary non-alcoholic soft drink for the VIP Status holder and one complimentary non-alcoholic soft drink for up to one dining companion, maximum two complimentary non-alcoholic soft drinks per visit. Alcoholic beverages are not eligible for the complimentary drink benefit.
10% off eligible dine-in food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases. This discount does not apply to taxes, gratuity, service fees, gift cards, merchandise, delivery, takeout, third-party orders, already-discounted items, complimentary items, or alcohol unless otherwise permitted by management and law.
50% off select eligible alcoholic beverages, where permitted by law. This discount applies only to non-discounted, single-serving alcoholic beverages selected by Jin Ramen, such as draft beer pints, beer bottles, single-serving sake glasses, and hot sake. This discount does not apply to beer pitchers, sake carafes, sake bottles, flights, cocktails, premium alcohol, limited-time alcohol specials, happy hour items, already-discounted alcohol, or any alcohol item excluded by management.
Alcohol discounts cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount, promotion, happy hour special, reward, coupon, or VIP discount. Alcoholic beverages will never be discounted below 50% of the regular price for the same drink. Alcohol service is available only to guests 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID. Jin Ramen reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest, including guests who cannot provide valid ID or who appear visibly intoxicated.
VIP Status benefits may not be split across multiple checks, transferred to another guest, sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to a closed check. VIP Status benefits are limited to one redemption per dine-in visit unless otherwise approved by management.
Program Availability and Management Rights
Valid at participating Jin Ramen locations only. Rewards, eligible menu items, gift sets, t-shirts, beverages, and VIP benefits are subject to availability. Jin Ramen reserves the right to verify, modify, suspend, or cancel the program, any card, any reward, or any VIP benefit at any time due to suspected misuse, fraud, operational needs, item availability, printing errors, staff error, or legal compliance.
Management decisions are final.
